Abstrak

          Teachers at SMPS Kristen 1 lack the knowledge and skills necessary to create PTK, which is later transformed into scientific works such as journals. The purpose of this activity is to enable teachers to produce scientific papers in the form of journals that will accepted for publication in journals recognized by SINTA. Counseling and direct support are used as the method in this activity. Counseling with adult education patterns through the provision of materials and aid in the creation of scientific journals. This activity went well. When conducting classroom action research, the instructor focused on three key areas: what to improve, how to improve, and who to improve. After conducting classroom action research, the teacher writes a scientific activity report, which is a research report on the field's findings. The research results are manufactured into scientific publications, which must follow specific scientific writing guidelines. Thus, the research findings are summarized using systematics and then gathered into a manuscript that is published in a journal or other medium to contribute to the treasures of science. Assistance is provided until the teacher delivers scientific work.
